Hao Zhang, male, came from Beijing, got his bachelor degree in Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University. He is now working in Xun Wang's group for his doctor degree. His research interests is on polyoxometalated-based nanotube and core-shell structure.
SHAHEED ULLAH received his Master of Science (M. Sc.) in 2012 and Master of philosophy (M.Phil.) in 2014 at Department of Chemistry, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan.
He is currently a PhD student under the supervision of Professor Wang Xun at Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University. His current research focuses on the synthesis of Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) nanostructures and their applications.

Yong Long is currently a postdoctoral researcher in Professor Xun Wang’s group in the Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University, China. He was born in Hanzhong, Shaanxi, China. He received his B.S. degree in department of chemistry from Xi`an University of Science and Technology in 2009, the M.S. degree from chemical engineering institute of Northwest University(China) in 2012, and he received his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University in 2016. His research focuses on the Macro-assembly of inorganic membranes and their separation properties for organic solvents.
Ting He received his Bachelor degree in chemistry from Sun Yat-sen University in 2010, and his Master degree in organic chemistry from Lanzhou University in 2013. Now he is pursuing his Ph.D.degree at Tsinghua University and Tianjin University from joint education. His current interest focuses on the synthesis and application of metal-organic framworks.
Aurang Zeb Gul Sial
Aurang Zeb Gul Sial is currently a PhD candidate. He received his BS degree from University of Sargodha in 2013 and Master degree in Physical Chemistry from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad Pakistan in 2015. AIZAZ was born in Multan, Pakistan. He received his Bachelor degree in chemistry in 2008 and Master of philosophy in Chemistry Degree in 2012 from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan. He is now pursuing his Ph.D. degree in inorganic chemistry at Tsinghua University. His research focuses on the synthesis of noble metals nanoparticles and nanosheets and exploration of their electrocatalytic properties. His hobbies are playing football, basketball and cricket. Xiaobin Xu was born in 1990 in the Henan province of China. He received his BS degree from the Faculty of Chemistry, Northeast Normal University (NENU) in 2012. Then he joined the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University and conducted research on the synthesis of composite of polyoxometalates and metal-organic frameworks under the supervision of Professor Xun Wang.

Su He was born in Zigong, Sichuan, China. She received her bachelor degree in chemistry from Tsinghua University in 2014. She is now pursuing her master degree in inorganic chemistry at Tsinghua University. Her research focuses on the self-assembly of 2D nanostructures and the morphology control of MOF.

Haifeng Lin is currently a postdoctoral researcher in Professor Xun Wang’s group in the Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University, China. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Inner Mongolia University, China (2009), and his PhD degree in inorganic chemistry from Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of matter (FJIRSM), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), China (2014). His present study interests are centered on the synthesis, characterization and application of ultrathin nanostructures.
Huihui Zhu received her Ph.D degree from University of Science and Technology Beijing in 2014. She is interesting in synthesizing photoelectric nanomaterials of oxides and hetero-structured materials.

Farhat Nosheen pursued her PhD degree under the supervision of Prof. Xun Wang in the Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University from 2012 to 2016. She received her master’s degree in Analytical/Inorganic Chemistry from University of Sargodha (UOS), Pakistan. Her research interests included the synthesis, and electrocatalytic properties of noble metal based nanocrystals.

Faisal Saleem is a Pakistani national, native of Gujranwala, Punjab. After completing M.Phil from Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) Pakistan, Faisal had joined Dr. Wang Xun group at Tsinghua University China, in 2012 as a PhD student. And he received his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University in 2016.His research involves synthesis of atomically thick alloys nanosheets, Core-shell and multi-metallic nano-frames for electro-oxidation of ethanol, methanol and formic acid..

Peilei He was born in Linfen, Shanxi, China. She received her bachelor degree in applied chemistry from Beijing University of chemical technology (BUCT) in 2011. She pursued her Ph.D. degree in inorganic chemistry at Tsinghua University from 2011 to 2016. Her research focused on the self-assembly of polyoxometalate and exploration of their electrocatalytic and organocatalytic properties.

Huiling Liu was born in Liaoning province, China. She received her B.S. in Polymer Chemistry from Jilin University and joined the Wang group in 2011. Her research interest focused on the synthesis of functional ultrathin nanostructures for investigating their innovative assembly behaviors and unique properties.

Yansong Xiong was born in Hubei province of China. He was a postdoctoral researcher in Professor Xun Wang’s group from 2014.06-2016.06.

The chemist I revere the most is Pauling. He was a legend and what he achieved has impacted the development of modern chemistry profoundly. Nano-world is permeated with marvellous phenomena and I believe that nano-technology will be the key to inaugurate a brandnew stage of human’s history. Professor Wang’s group is a big warm family. Shi Hu was born in Anqing, Anhui Province of China. He received his bachelor degree in chemistry from Nanjing University in 2006 with preliminary research work on Molecular Dynamics. He obtained PhD degree in chemistry from Tsinghua University (Beijing) in 2012 for his work on the growth, characterization and applications of ultrathin nanomaterials under the supervision of Dr. Xun Wang. Then he worked on the synthesis and opto-electrical properties of 2-dimesional nanomaterials as a postdoc in the group of Dr. Linyou Cao of North Carolina State University and is now working on materials for battery in the group of Dr. Donghai Wang of Penn State University.
